This year, the Interdisciplinary Competence Day takes place as part of the three-day International Imaging Symposium on the 30th anniversary of Heidelberg Engineering.
The Interdisciplinary Competence Day is targeted at ophthalmologists and covers the latest developments in ophthalmic imaging for clinical practice from an interdisciplinary viewpoint. The faculty will cover updates in modern imaging, partnering with specialists in the fields of human genetics, cardiology, diabetology, microbiology as well as neurology to present integral holistic therapeutic approaches. This course is in German language – simultaneous translation in English will be provided!.

The ambitious scientific program is targeted at all ophthalmologists and includes a broad spectrum of presentations and interactive sessions about the latest and future developments in opthalmic imaging. The two-day knowledge transfer will cover Retinal Diagnostics, Anterior Segment, Glaucoma and Healthcare-IT.

*The optional evening event is included in the registration fee for participants of the Compentence Day. Companions may be registered for 40,00 EUR / person additionally.
We contracted special rates for the International Imaging Symposium with three hotels in Heidelberg within walking distance to the venue Print Media Academy. Registered participants are requested to make their own hotel reservation.
