  • Emily is a biological sciences graduate who has worked in the ophthalmic industry since graduating in 2011.
  • Her main areas of responsibility include managing the marketing and academy teams, creating new and innovative learning materials, development and implementation of the academy course/events programme and all marketing activities for the company.
  • She has worked at Heidelberg Engineering since January 2013.

Clinical Affairs Manager

  • Tim has over 16 years experience in ophthalmology, beginning as an ophthalmic photographer at the Manchester royal eye hospital before transferring to Blackpool Victoria.
  • He left the NHS in 2011 to join the clinical team at Topcon eventually becoming the OCT product manager and part of the European swept source OCTA research team.
  • Tim joined Heidelberg Engineering in 2017 as the clinical market development manager for the SPECTRALIS.

Clinical Application Specialist (South)

  • Ken is a multidiscipline imaging specialist with background in commercial photography, multimedia development and project delivery. A former aircraft engineer who has now over 20 years involvement in the ophthalmic industry in clinical imaging plus capital equipment roles.
  • Fully accredited member of Australian Institute of Professional Photographers.
  • Application Specialist from early 2014, then involved in the Clinical Implementation Manager program for the southern half of England and Wales until early 2017, moved into a national training role when the company expanded due to successful growth.
  • As Field Application Specialist and Trainer his primary focus is helping clients make the SPECTRALIS a success in their clinics through education and training.

  • Zachary previously worked at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and has six years’ experience as an Ophthalmic Science Practitioner.
  • As Clinical Application Specialist and Trainer his primary focus is helping clients make the SPECTRALIS a success in their clinics through education and training.
