Prof. Steffen Hamann

Steffen Hamann is a consultant neuro-ophthalmologist, Department of Ophthalmology, Ringshospitalet, Denmark and visiting professor, Rothschild Foundation Hospital, Paris.

Prof. Esther Hoffmann

With over 20 years of experience in ophthalmology, Esther M. Hoffmann is the Head of the Glaucoma Department and the German Pediatric Glaucoma Center at the University Medical Center of Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.

Dr. Simon König
Simon König is a resident ophthalmologist at the Department of Ophthalmology, University Medical Center Mainz, where he has been training since 2024.

Prof. Wolf Lagrèze
Wolf Lagrèze is an ophthalmologist and neuroscientist. He is full professor and currently head of the Department for Neuroophthalmology, Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabology at the Eye Center of the University of Freiburg.

Prof. Felipe Medeiros

Felipe A. Medeiros is a Rodgers Endowed Professor of Ophthalmology and Vice Chair of Research at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute.

Marta Pazos is the Ophthalmology Director at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, accredited researcher of the Institut d'Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS) and Associate Professor of the University of Barcelona.

Prof. Norbert Pfeiffer
Norbert Pfeiffer is a Senior Research Professor at Mainz University Medical Centre. For almost 30 years Norbert Pfeiffer was the Chief Executive Officer of Mainz University Medical Centre, and the head of the department of ophthalmology.

Prof. Luís Abegão Pinto

Luís Abegão Pinto is the Head of the Glaucoma Clinic of the Department of Ophthalmology of Portugal’s largest Hospital (Santa Maria). He serves as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Faculty of Medicine of Lisbon University.

Prof. Alexander Schuster

Alexander K. Schuster holds the professorship for ophthalmic health service research at the University Medical Center Mainz.

Prof. Ingeborg Stalmans

Ingeborg Stalmans is the Head of the Glaucoma Unit at University Hospitals Leuven (UZ Leuven) and Director of the Laboratory of Ophthalmology at KU Leuven.

Dr. Julia Stingl

Julia Stingl, FEBO, is a consultant at the Department of Ophthalmology, University Medical Center Mainz. Her clinical focus lies on glaucoma, including childhood glaucoma. Her research centers on age-related aspects of glaucoma diagnostics and therapy.

Dr. Andrew Tatham

Andrew Tatham is a consultant glaucoma surgeon at Princess Alexandra Eye Pavilion Edinburgh. He is past president of the UK and Eire Glaucoma Society (UKEGS) and a past member of the European Glaucoma Society (EGS) executive committee.

Dr. Jan Terheyden
Jan Terheyden is an ophthalmologist–researcher based in Bonn, focused on improving outcomes for patients with chronic eye conditions.
